Recommended for Full-day weddings
Engagement & couples sessions are approached with the same level of care and artistry as a wedding day. Timelines are unhurried, and the focus remains on creating images that feel effortless, refined, and enduring.
Includes:
- One to two hour portrait session
- Zoom consultation to go over the inspiration board and plan for your personalized session
- One or multiple locations, thoughtfully selected
- Approximately 150-200 fully edited images
- Online gallery with one-year access, shareable with friends and family
- Simultaneous dual-card capture for real-time image backup
- Travel within one hour of Dover, NH (Additional cost for further distance)
Engagement & Couples sessions are typically scheduled on weekdays. Limited weekend availability may be offered depending on the season and existing commitments.
Tip: I recommend booking your hair and makeup trial on the same day as our stylized engagement session! :)

Inquire
The first step is simply reaching out. When you inquire, it’s helpful to share the time of year, or even just the month you’re hoping to book! I take on a limited number of sessions, especially during peak wedding season (May-November), so weekend availability can be tight. From there, we’ll chat through a few dates and find what feels like the right fit for both of us!

Aesthetic
Next, we’ll talk through the overall feel you’re drawn to. I love getting a sense of the aesthetic that resonates most with you so the session feels natural, elevated, and true to your story. Some styles that couples are often inspired by include romantic, editorial, candid, artistic, or moody, but this is just a starting point. We’ll shape something that feels uniquely yours!

Inspiration Board
Before the session, I’ll ask you to share your inspiration with me, either through a Pinterest board or a shared photo album. This helps me understand your vision and plan something thoughtful and cohesive. As you’re gathering ideas, think about things like a loose theme (a decade, a favorite film, or a cinematic feeling), potential locations, the time of day you’re drawn to, and the overall mood you want the photos to have. Outfit ideas are always helpful, too!
This part is meant to be fun and exploratory, there’s no right or wrong. We’ll use it as a foundation and build from there together.

Zoom Meeting
We’ll then meet on Zoom to walk through your inspiration together. We’ll talk through what’s resonating most, highlight any poses or moments that feel especially important to you, and make sure everything aligns with the vision you have in mind. I’ve found that being part of this process together allows us to thoughtfully curate your session and head into it feeling completely in sync.
During our call, we’ll do a final overview of locations, outfits, any props, the overall mood, and the kinds of moments we want to prioritize, so when the day arrives, everything feels effortless!

Props
I always recommend incorporating a prop or simple activity into your session. It gives you something to do, helps take the focus off the camera, and allows you to settle into the moment more naturally. This can be as understated or as playful as you’d like, from writing love letters to each other to bringing along a vintage car.
Some simple ideas couples often love include a picnic setup, books, champagne, umbrellas, scarves, flowers, or even a kite.
We’ll talk through prop ideas together during our Zoom meeting and finalize everything a few days before your session, so it all feels thoughtful, cohesive, and easy!
